WHAT IS SHOW CALLING?

When your event has a detailed program that needs coordination, you need a show caller. This is an individual that directs all the techs at an event when to execute their individual responsibilities. They follow a showflow or script that lets them know what slides and video content are coming up, when to dim or change lighting in a presentation, when to adjust sound levels and any other coordination necessary. Often, our show callers wear communication devices that allow them to communicate with all the techs quietly. When events require this level of coordination, our show callers can make a big difference with regards to how smoothly each element flows.
