Staging - We can provide small or large stages. They can be custom-built in a variety of shapes and sizes. Indoor or outdoor. Circular or square.

Sound equipment - Professional-quality speakers and wireless microphones. We can provide wireless mics for any number of presenters as well as mics to pass around for audience questions or other interactions.

TV Monitors - 75-inch TV monitors mounted on Truss towers (either on or off-stage). Perfect for powerpoint or video presentations

Podium - Speaker podium w/mounted microphone for a sleek, professional look.

Live Streaming - We have experienced engineers that can help record/stream your conference on zoom or other streaming services.

Pipe & Drape - We have pipe and drape for all situations. Versatile in height and width. Black or white.

Large Visual Presentations - for larger areas, we also have additional visual options such as projectors, LED walls, & TV monitor walls

All of our meeting packages come with at least 1 technician to help run the system and make sure things run smoothly
