Many events require some sort of support-structure to hang lights, A/V equipment, or decor

Trussing & Support Structures

WHAT SERVICES REQUIRE TRUSSING?

Many of our larger event services may require trussing, either floor-mounted or hanging. So which service may be needing support structures at your event?

Lighting - Event lighting is often hung from trussing, especially if you are having a staged performance or presentation. We can custom build trussing systems based on your event needs.

Video Equipment - Some A/V equipment will require a support trussing as well a motors to raise and lower larger equipment. This equipment may include LED video walls, tv screens, Projectors/projector screens,

Sound Equipment - some speakers can be free-standing, but larger speakers such as line-arrays need to be “flown” from trussing structures. Large conferences, concerts, arenas, and conventions will likely require their sound equipment to be flown. Not only does this help to free up your staging area aesthetically, but it usually allows for better sound coverage as well.

Decor - We’ve seen some pretty wild decor pieces in our day and often a good rigging/support system is needed to pull off just the right positioning.

Entertainment - Some entertainment acts require weight-bearing support systems. The most common of these being aerialists.

Hanging Truss/Support structures:

Some venues have rigging points in-place and can utilize a hanging system. These venues might include arenas, warehouses, hotel ballrooms, concert venues, convention centers, and airport hangers (to name a few). Whether your venue has in-house riggers or not, we can create the needed support structures for your lighting, A/V, and more:
